North2South Consulting is led by Josh Garcia, an experienced technology executive whose career spans CTO and CISO leadership, cybersecurity, software engineering, enterprise architecture, and complex technology modernization.

Josh has advised executive leadership, led technology organizations and major initiatives, and directed response and remediation following significant cybersecurity incidents. Much of that experience was earned in complex public-sector and highly regulated environments, where technology decisions must account for operational, regulatory, financial, and organizational realities. His engineering background brings technical depth to executive decisions without losing sight of cost, risk, operations, people, or organizational objectives.
